In systemic coaching I use different constellation methods such as family or structure constellations.

A family constellation is an effective method that makes visible and tangible what is going on in your system. The setup gives you new insights about yourself, your place in the system and the mutual relationships within your family system.

The structure constellation is a method of reviving a process that has come to a standstill. New points of view come to light that allow you to act differently.
